The International Unit

The International Unit is part of the Student Representation (StuVe) and represents the interests and concerns of international students at Ulm University. We work closely with the University’s International Office to support international students and communicate their needs and interests.

Our goal is to make international students feel welcome and to support their integration into university life. That is why we regularly organize multicultural events and activities throughout the semester — giving you the opportunity to meet other students, make new friends, and become part of the diverse student community at Ulm University.

We organize monthly events such as game nights, movie nights, and seasonal special events throughout the semester.

Regular Events

In addition to our monthly game nights, we organize a variety of special events throughout the semester.

In winter, we enjoy going ice skating and baking Christmas cookies. Spring is the perfect time for an activity such as hiking, while in summer we invite international students to join us for strawberry picking where you can pick fresh strawberries by your own. In autumn, we have a Halloween-themed event with pumpkin curving with some movie nights.

Game Night

We warmly invite you to our monthly game night, starting at 6:00 p.m. The location is usually announced on our Whatsapp group chat one week before the event.

It is a great opportunity to meet other international and local students, enjoy some cooperative games, and take a break from studying.

Our game night is one of our most popular events!
